Better Workflows

A delivery gate for AI coding agents: no finishing on a stale green test, and no repeating or stacking side effects whose result the agent never saw.

agent runs npm test → passes
agent edits src/sum.ts → breaks it
agent "Done. Tests pass."
bw ✗ Stop blocked. test: last result was for an older tree; files changed since then.
agent git push origin main → times out after the push landed
agent git push origin main (retry)
bw ✗ Denied. git-push: the same action already succeeded at this commit.

The agent is held to the files as they are now and to what the provider actually did; permissions come only from a policy file the agent cannot edit, never from prompt text. V6 Core is an alpha (6.0.0-alpha.2), Apache-2.0, with no runtime dependencies, and supports Claude Code first.

  • Test results are bound to the current files: edit after a passing run and the agent is blocked and sent back when it tries to finish.
  • Side effects are not repeated: when a push times out after it landed, a retry at the same commit is denied.
  • Try it without Claude: after a global npm install, both demo stories run in a few seconds.

Deckhand

A multi-AI toolbar above the Claude Code input: check usage, switch models in one click, run sub agents in parallel, and ask other AI CLIs for a read-only second opinion.

The Deckhand toolbar in the desktop app and the terminal: usage, Sub5, delegate buttons and Recap

Works in the terminal and the desktop app. Claude stays the main agent; Deckhand turns the things you do often into one button on the toolbar.

  • Usage gauges for the 5-hour window, the weekly windows and the context window, matching the usage card in the Claude app.
  • Sub5 splits a task into up to 5 items, each handled in its own git worktree in parallel; the main agent then reviews, merges and cleans up.
  • Delegate buttons hand a task to Codex, Cursor agent or agy in read-only mode; Claude reviews the answer and keeps only what holds up.

Intent Galaxy

Turns one vague goal into a galaxy map: spread out first to see the blind spots, then converge from the keyboard into a deterministic intent spec.

The Intent Galaxy view: a core question, 12 nodes across 4 quadrants and 3 strategy cards

An AI generates the galaxy as a core question, 4 opposing experts and 12 thought nodes. Once you converge, a pure-function compiler with no LLM produces a LOCKED INTENT AST and puts it into the Claude Code or AI chat input. No dependencies.

  • Three ways to use it: a local CLI, an MCP server (Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI and agy), and Chrome / Firefox extensions.
  • Generates with a signed-in local CLI, Ollama or one of several API providers; the local server binds to 127.0.0.1 only and API keys never reach the browser.
  • Kill-gate: locking writes .intent.lock.json, and 14 days later a commit touching the covered paths must report whether the intent still holds.

Adorable Git Graph

Your git history as a cartoon you can scroll: every commit is a ball with a face, every branch a flowing pipe.

The Adorable Git Graph list: cartoon commit balls, branch labels, authors, dates and SHAs

A git log --graph style list drawn with three.js, for GitHub repos and local repos. Read-only throughout, with no analytics, no tracking and no server of its own.

  • One UI in three forms: a Chrome extension, a Firefox add-on (store review pending, loadable from source), and a local CLI started with npx.
  • The CLI updates live: commit, switch branches or fetch in the terminal and the new commits appear without a refresh.
  • Search, branch focus, commit details and base / head comparison; three themes, each light and dark, and an interface in 41 languages.
